1. SERVICES OFFERED

Jordan Carroll Studio provides photography services including but not limited to:

• Sports studio portraits

• Media day photography

• Game action coverage

• Team or individual athlete sessions

  Service details, packages, and pricing may change at any time. Custom quotes are available upon request.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

• Accepted payment methods: Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, or Checks.

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to a future date.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. IMAGE DELIVERY & USAGE

• Edited images will be delivered via a digital gallery within 3–14 business days.

• Clients receive non-exclusive rights to use the images for personal or promotional use.

• Jordan Carroll Studio retains full copyright and may use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the shoot.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients must:

• Arrive on time and prepared (e.g., uniforms, props, etc.)

• Communicate any special requests or requirements before the session

• Review all deliverables promptly and report any issues within 7 days of delivery

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While every effort will be made to ensure a successful session and delivery, Jordan Carroll Studio is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, weather delays, or missed shots outside of reasonable control.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on this website.
